Service agreement

• These terms govern the web development services provided by Muhammad Idrees.
• By engaging my services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Services include web development, design, consultation, and related technical work.
• All work is carried out as an independent contractor.

Payment terms

• Payment schedules are agreed before the project starts.
• Small projects usually pay 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
• Larger projects may use milestone payments in 25% increments.
• Late payment may lead to the project being paused and to additional fees.

Project timeline

• Timelines are estimates based on scope and complexity.
• Delays in client feedback or content may extend the timeline.
• I aim to meet every agreed deadline and will tell you early about any likely delay.
• Rush projects may carry an additional fee for faster delivery.

Intellectual property

• You own all custom code and content created specifically for your project.
• I keep the rights to general methods, techniques, and reusable components.
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their own licences.
• You must have the rights to all content and materials you provide.

Scope of work

Each project starts with a written scope of work that sets out:

• Project objectives and deliverables
• Technical specifications and requirements
• Timeline and milestone schedule
• Payment terms and project cost

Client responsibilities

For the project to go well, you are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, images, and materials
• Making sure all content you provide is legally owned or licensed
• Reviewing and approving deliverables on time
• Responding promptly to project messages
• Giving clear feedback and change requests
• Being available for scheduled meetings and reviews

Revisions and changes

Projects can change during development:

• Minor revisions within the original scope are included.
• Major changes or additions may need the scope adjusted.
• All changes are documented and approved before they are made.
• Additional work is billed at agreed hourly rates.
